The Nestlé Nutrition Institute Clinical Nutrition Fellowship Program for Physicians, an exclusive program developed for the medical or surgical subspecialty fellow or attending physician, who is a U.S. medical graduate currently/previously enrolled in an ACGME-accredited subspecialty fellowship, will foster knowledge and will provide experience with nutrition in the primary care of the acute and chronically ill patient.

Application Checklist

Online Electronic Application: The Clinical Nutrition Fellowship Program for Physicians application should be completed and submitted electronically through this form. This includes the applicants Letter of Interest.
Applicant’s Letter of Interest: Content should include an in-depth explanation, in no more than 500 words, describing your interest in participating in the Nestlé Nutrition Institute Clinical Nutrition Fellowship Program for Physicians.
Curriculum Vitae: Your CV should be attached electronically to your online Fellowship Application.
Letters of Recommendation: Two letters of recommendation are required: one from your Fellowship Director and one from an additional physician mentor. If you are an attending physician, one letter of recommendation should be written by your Department Head. After submitting this form, please print the Request for Letter of Recommendation found on the following page and provide a copy to each physician providing a Letter of Recommendation.

All applications will be kept confidential with the exception of review by program faculty and appointed personnel at Nestlé HealthCare Nutrition, Inc., and its affiliates.
